Ode To Mom

This card has a purple flower on the cover ( Please someone identify it for me ), with the text on top:

Inside the card is a poem that I felt appropriate and touching, and I hope others out there feel the same way

For a woman whom means the most to me,
who has been there to help and teach,
who shines brighter than the sun,
there is none other than my mom.

Definition of Mother 1

A lot of people describe their mothers as various things,  I looked at the word Mother and came up with what I felt was a good solid definition for a lot of people.  The cover of the card has a photograph of a yellow flower ( Again I need help with identification and I think I’ll need help if I ever stumble across poison ivy. ) The text on the cover of the card is:

One Definition Of Mother…

The inside of the card is:

Meaning you care about me.
Offering comfort discipline and support.
Teaching me right from wrong.
Hearing what I have to say and believing.
Enduring the cuts, bruises and scares I give.
Reaching for me when I fall.

Being a mother means a lot of things and to me you mean them all and the world.

When I designed this card I was thinking of married couples that have children and I put myself in their shoes to try to find the words I would say on Mothers Day.
