While considered a half-breed by both man and elf, Theras learned the ways of the forest and enjoyed the isolation it brought. Having lived through numerous trials and earning the respect of numerous druids, he retired to a small glen to live out his remaining days when destiny found yet another need for this wizened hero. Though his accomplishments great, they are a tale for another time.

KevinL on December 30, 2008 in Characters, Chronicles of Silverblade No Comments »Schirgan a former soldier of the city of Mechanuel, was removed from the Legion after having been accused and found guilty of heinous acts. While no one has been able to clearly state what the charges were, in a time when every man was needed to fight, this one was outcast.
Though powerful in his own rights, this practitioner of arcane arts has his own ideas and beliefs on how best to serve humanity and protect the sanctity of the racial unions. Knowing that through this union of races comes protection for even the weakest and most deserving nations.
Prileash cares not what others in the arcane world think of him. He does not agree that those whom understand arcane arts should be revered above that of the common man. This belief alone has alienated him from more than one colleague and has kept him from being admitted to the grand board as an overseer to the future role of the arcane arts.
The serving wench whom was murdered for the child of prophecy that she bore. Mortherna was able to hide her child in a safe wooded location prior to her untimely demise. All of which took place three summers before the cataclysmic war of magic, after which all users of the arcane arts retreated to hiding until the age when they would be able to guide the realms yet again. The only heirloom Mortherna could leave her child was a small medallion left her as payment for services rendered by Thorizen’s father.
A young child destined to be much more than that of a bastard child with no parents to speak of. Raised in an isolated area in the middle of a small clearing in the the woods, by the only person he has ever known as father, Thorizen has no idea of his heritage and only has a small silver medallion to serve as a link to his lost past.
