Spring Bloom

Sunny days amidst the spring,
Praying ’tis not ruined by rain.
Rallying to a fresh new sport,
Intently masking all the pain.
Never there’s been a better port,
Gracefully hiding all the shame.

Bringing out what’s held me back,
Living for what comes up next.
Owning up to what I lack,
Opting for a life less complex.
Moving towards a new beginning,
with this and every Spring Bloom.
