Day Three Biggest Loser Wii Program – Breakfast

Today I’m starting the day off right. Breakfast was of my own creation low in calories but packed with protein for today’s workout. Egg and Pork Scramble: Serving Size 3 3 eggs 2 oz shredded roasted pork 1/2 cup chopped white onion. In skillet with 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Heat onion and pork until that sizzle can be heard over medium heat.  While onions and pork are warming up, beat eggs in a small bowl.  Add eggs to skillet and stir frequently.  When eggs are almost set turn off heat and keep stirring until done.  Serves 3, Estimated calories 150. I had my scramble with a V8 to help with my veggie fix for 70 calories.  Total for day thus far is 220 Calories. … Read entire article »

Day 2 Biggest Loser Wii Program

Well let me cap off Day one.  Day one ended with a lunch that really through me over calorie count.  I had a foot long spicy italian sub from subway and well that cost me over 1050 calories.  Needless to say I was over calorie count.  No worries though I fought to get back on track today.  While I did not exercise due to extremely sore and stiff muscles from yesterday’s workout combined with the fatigue that usually wipes me out made it out of the question for today. Breakfast consisted of one bananna w/ 1 cup of coffee w/ cream and sugar. Lunch was a treat of asparagus lasagna, which I found particularley good. Day One Biggest Loser WII Program

I figure the best way to stay on track with this program is to blog about it. Current Weight: 198 lbs. Ht 5’9 Male 34 Goal: 4 weeks 188lbs. Breakfast for today: 1 slice turkey bacon 40 cal 1 waffle 85 cal 1 tsp butter for waffle 20 cal topped with approx 1 tsp real maple syrup Estimated total breakfast calories of 200. Next I did the warm up and light exercise routine.  I don’t think I could sweat anymore.  After the exercise I was starving and took their lunch recipe for Shrimp Scampi for a snack at 103 calories it definitely was worth it.  Now I’m at 303 calories for the day so far and still need another 1300 for the day.  I feel overall good other than the usual fatigue I feel every day.  Going to run … Read entire article »
